Dr. Eliadou Vasiliki, Neurologist – Neurophysiologist, comes from Limassol. She lives and maintains an office in Thessaloniki. She is specialized in neurophysiological testing, a very precise diagnostic method. She is a member of the Hellenic Neurological Society and attends to various information and training conferences on electromyography (EMG).
Electromyography (EMG) is an electrodiagnostic medicine technique for evaluating and recording the electrical activity produced by skeletal muscles. EMG is performed using an instrument called an electromyograph to produce a record called an electromyogram.
Dr. Eliadou Vasiliki works with well-known neurosurgeons and orthopaedicians in Thessaloniki, such as orthopaedicians of big sport teams, the Greece national football team and PAOK. She has valuable experience in neurological sports injuries.
Her right diagnosis helps doctors to prescribe the proper treatment for each incident.
Dr. Eliadou Vasiliki studied medicine in Belgium and then in Greece (University of Aristotle, Thessaloniki).
She completed her specialty at the 2nd Department of Neurology of the AHEPA University Hospital, founded by Professor Logothetis and staffed by well-known professors.
Following a state scholarship, she went to Limoge, France, to the University Hospital “CENTRE HOSPITALIER UNIVERSITAIRE DE LIMOGES”, under the direction of the renowned Professor Vallat, who later served as his assistant. Professor Vallat is now her friend, her teacher and her mentor.
Six months ago, he asked her to work with him at the Hospital of Limoge but, unfortunately, she could not due to family obligations.
