Dr. Hillel Z. Baldwin is a Board Certified Neurosurgeon with Carondelet Neurological Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital and affiliated partner Western Neurosurgery, Ltd. in Tucson, Arizona.
He is a graduate of the University of Louisville Medical School and he completed his neurosurgical residency at the Barrow Neurological Institute.
Dr. Baldwin received his Medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1985 and quickly started an internship at Phoenix Integrated Surgery Institute, as a Neurological surgeon, which he completed the following year. Upon completion of internship he found himself at Barrow Neural Institute where he completed his residency by 1992. During this time he also completed his fellowship at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Baldwin is also fluent in Hebrew and Spanish.
Over the next sixteen years Dr. Baldwin became Chief of Neurosurgery at Tucson Medical Center, Northwest medical Center and Eldorado Hospital in Arizona. He received many certifications including being certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and a diplomat with the National Board of Medical Examiners. He has been and it currently affiliated with many associations, such as: American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Arizona medical Association and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
Dr. Baldwin currently resides in Tucson, Arizona and since 2008 has worked at Western Neurosurgery Ltd. as a leading Neurological Surgeon.
